Terms of Service

Euler Wallet is a self-custodial tool that lets you generate and manage blockchain wallets and interact with public blockchain networks. We do not hold, custody, or control your assets, private keys, or recovery phrase, and we never take possession of your funds. All transactions are initiated by you and executed directly on public blockchains.

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private keys, password, and device.
• If you lose your recovery phrase or password, we cannot recover them, and your funds may become permanently inaccessible.
• Anyone with access to your recovery phrase can control your funds. Never share it.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or refund a transaction once it is submitted.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the App if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the App or of crypto-asset services is prohibited, or where you would be a restricted or sanctioned person.

The App integrates third-party services so you can swap tokens (via the LI.FI aggregator) and connect to decentralized applications (via WalletConnect). These services, the underlying smart contracts, and any dApps you connect to are operated by independent third parties. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their performance, fees, availability, security, or any losses arising from their use. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any yield, "Earn", or rate information is provided for convenience and is not a guarantee of returns. You are responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction and for your own tax and regulatory compliance.

Using crypto-assets involves significant risk, including but not limited to: high price volatility; irreversible transactions; smart-contract bugs and exploits; network congestion and failed transactions; loss of keys; and changing legal and regulatory treatment. You accept these risks.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose — including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion — or in any way that violates applicable law; not to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the App; and not to misuse the third-party services accessed through it.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any transaction will succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euler and its affiliates, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of crypto-assets, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Euler from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
