Is Euler Wallet custodial?
No. Euler Wallet is fully non-custodial. Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored only on your device. We can never access or move your funds.
I lost my recovery phrase or password. Can you recover my wallet?
We cannot. Because your keys never leave your device and we hold no copy, your wallet can only be restored with your recovery phrase. Please keep it safe and offline.
How do I back up my wallet?
In the app, open Settings → Backup Wallet and follow the prompts to securely record your recovery phrase. Never share it with anyone, and never enter it into any website.
Which chains and features are supported?
Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Solana, with in-app token swaps via a third-party aggregator. More chains are on the way.
How do swaps work?
Swaps are non-custodial and settle on-chain through a third-party aggregator (LI.FI). Euler never takes custody of your assets during a swap.
